Wheat Bread

Makes 4 loaves (I have a Kitchen Aide so I have to half this recipe but if you have a Bosch this will all fit)

4 Tbsp. yeast (room temp)
1 cup of warm water
dissolve yeast in water and set aside. Add a little of honey to help it rise

4 1/2 cups of hot water
1/2 cup oil
1 cup honey
2 Tbsp. salt
12-14 cups of wheat flour

Mix first 4 ingredients and half the flour in mixer. Add dissolved yeast, then the rest of flour one cup at a time.

Shape bread to make 4 loaves and place into greased pans ( I used Crisco to grease). Let it rise double it's size then bake in pre-heated
oven 325 for about 37-40 min. I bake 2 loaves at a time.
